Ever so energetic and enthusiastic, always playing, always running, she’s easy to walk and to teach (she knows "sit" and "down" and is at work on her other commands). Blessed with a sweet and sunny disposition, Brissa likes everyone she meets, while her best human friend is her foster mom’s 11-year-old son. Sassy and spicy at 7 pounds, she keeps them amused when she barks at herself in the mirror or runs circles round the sofa in excitement. Both crate and housetrained, she may be small, but she’s squirmy, and must be crated to keep her safe in the car. Now this butterscotch beauty is more than eager to brighten the doorstep of a loving fur-ever home.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care, enabling us to save more lives!

Adoption fee is $250 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter.
