Meet sweet little Fanny!  Fanny is about 9 lbs and was born July of 2016.  Fanny is an adorable black and white chihuahua puppy who is sweet as can be.  Her foster mom says she is just the best little dog.  She is loving with men, women and even small children.  She does great with dogs of her size, but is a little apprehensive around bigger dogs.  She appears to be house trained & leash trained, but still needs some basic training.   She has lots of energy and loves to play outside. She has fun at the beach and loves to run on leash beside you on your bike.  She loves her stuffed animals and toys.  Fanny will sleep in her own bed at night, but also loves cuddle time and is ready whenever you are to snuggle up close for a nap on the couch or in your bed with you.  She is not barky or aggressive at all toward other people or animals. She does have a little anxiety when left alone, we think this is because she had other foster siblings in her previous foster home. Fanny would do best in a home where her people are home often or she has other fur siblings to keep her company.  Fanny is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccines.  Her adoption fee is $300. A refundable training deposit of $100 will be also due upon adoption. Training must be provided in a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The Training deposit will be refundable within 3 Months of Adoption date for pups 4 months and older. For pups younger than 4 months, proof of training is required within 4 months of adoption date.
