Little Kipling is a 5-month-old Rat Terrier mix--with a drop or two of Dachshund, perhaps?--who weighs about 11 lbs. He keeps his foster family laughing with his silly and energetic terrier antics. When he first came into foster care, Kipling had had limited experience with people and different environments, so he’s a bit shy initially. He does well around the other small dogs in the home but does get nervous when meeting larger dogs. Kip is looking for a family that has a fairly quiet lifestyle and is willing to help him continue to have positive new experiences with gentle people and fun new places. Because Kip is a young pup, he is still working on house training and needs someone who is able to continue working with him on this new skill.
