My name is Fetch. I'm an 8-year-old 20-lb. Rat Terrier and quite handsome, don't you think? I used to be sick with heart worms, and I was put in a shelter. After New Rattitude rescued me, my foster family took me to the vet, who gave me medicine to get rid of the heart worms. Today I'm all better, and I feel just as good as I look. I'm super ready for you to adopt me--that is, if you're a woman. I have to tell you, men scare me. But if you are a human of the female persuasion, you and I could have a wonderful life together. After I get to know you, I'll be your most loyal companion. I'm laid-back, but I like to play. I'll love being wherever you are, and that includes snuggling in bed with you. I'd also love having you home with me all day, because you will be the center of my world. I live with other dogs and cats in my foster home. I get along with the dogs, but I'm not fond of cats and I'll chase them. I think I'd prefer to be the only dog in your home because I like getting all the attention, but if you have other dogs, I can share you. I'm fully house-trained and do well in a crate or loose inside when you need to go out. I walk nicely on a leash, but I also love exploring in a fenced yard.
