Hello, my name is Finnegan but everyone calls me Finn. I am around 2 years old and was rescued from Kansas City. The rescue doesn't know much about my breed type or history.

My foster parents say that I am the friendliest dog that they have ever had. I am neutered, up to date on my shots and crate trained. I am also house trained, though I did have a few accidents while I was adjusting to my new foster home. I'm always happy and pretty mellow.  I like to chew on toys and hang out around people. I have occassionaly chewed on leashes, but haven't destroyed anything else in my house. Despite my calm demeanor, I am a big and very athletic dog - I am around 50 lbs. I like hanging out in backyards and going for walks.  I have no trouble jumping 4-foot fences, so it would be best my new home to have a 6-foot fence or higher. I really like other dogs and watch them constantly to help me learn how to act and behave. I also live with a cat who terrifies me. The cat thinks it's fun to surprise me but it really startles me. I would be good with kids, other dogs, cats that don't tease me, and backyards with 6-foot fences.
