Caramel and cream, cuddly and companionable, Bonnie is as large on LOVE as she is small in size. At a petite 8 pounds, she warms quickly to everyone she meets, from children to adults, and gets along well with the cats and other dogs in her foster home. If she could woof about her favorite pastime, it would be snuggling with her people as often as possible, whether it’s on the couch, under the covers or on top of their pillows. She may not be into toys, but she does enjoy car rides, and when she’s excited, she dances and rolls around! Happily motivated by food and affection, she answers to her name, knows "off" and "out", is leash and crate trained, and is at work on her housetraining. Although she’s lacking a few teeth, it hasn’t lessened her appetite for life, and she’s eager to bring her special Bonnie loving to a home as keen on cuddling as she is.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care, enabling us to save more lives!

Adoption fee is $250. The adoption fee covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter.

If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application here .   We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!

Please email ARRColorado@gmail.com for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.
