Like the sunrise that gave rise to her name, our Aurora spreads warmth wherever she goes. Barely past puppy hood, she’s everything a happy, healthy 46-pound pup should be: active and affectionate, playful and precocious. Sweeter than sweet, she not only loves cuddling on the couch with her foster mom, but she gets along very well with older children. She loves cavorting with other dogs her size, both in and out of doggy daycare, playing with balls, tugs and toys, and chewing on Nylabones. A confident traveler in the car, she’s also a bit of a clown at home, "dancing" with her foster mom and "chatting" away. With treats and toys as her greatest motivators, she’s nearly perfected her "sit" command and knows several more including "go lie down" at bedtime, and is leash and housetrained to use a doggy door. Now, for Aurora to thrive, she needs an active and loving home to complete her doggy education, along with a dog her own size for frolics and fun.
