Meet Dandy! This handsome boy is about 3 months old, currently 7 lbs. and a perfectly dandy mixture of what is thought to be Rat Terrier, Miniature Pinscher, and Chihuahua. Dandy is full of puppy energy and loves to play! He is very vocal and can be heard growling and wrestling with his toys, his mom (who'll also be up for adoption soon), or his  littermates. After all, that's what puppies are supposed to do! Dandy has never met a stranger and gets along with anyone who will give him a little attention. Loving company as he does, he can be a little needy sometimes, and he'll cry if he's not ready for a nap and can't find his family. Dandy is working on house-training and learning that fingers and toes are not chew toys. He is doing great in both areas.
