Betsy came to CCR from a rural shelter in Texas. She had recently given birth to a litter of puppies.  We have very little history on her life prior to the shelter but we are guessing that she is around two years old and appears to be a Chihuahua mix.  

Betsy is a tiny little adorable sweetheart. She is very lovable and loves to snuggle and be on your lap. Tummy rubs are her favorite! She loves to play with her toys and enjoys playing with other dogs. She would likely do well in a home with another dog but would probably be fine as an only dog as long as she gets attention, lots of exercise and play time. She is potty trained and walks well on leash but she would love to attend some obedience classes so that she can continue learning fun stuff.

Please note, CCR cannot guarantee the breed composition due to a lack of history prior to the dog entering the program. In addition, most dogs listed as potty trained will experience an adjustment period as they learn the routines in their new home.
