His touch of arthritis certainly won't keep him from enjoying neighborhood walks with lots of sniffing breaks, and his slight hearing loss just means that he doesn't do a lot of barking and sleeps soundly at night. He is house-trained, and he knows how to use a dog door. Rocky is even trustworthy enough to roam free in the house when his foster mom is at work.
