Kindness is key to winning lovely Lola’s loving heart. The shy 10-year-old who prefers a tranquil environment, warms up gradually then eagerly solicits your pets, especially around her face and neck, while gazing deeply into your eyes. Extremely affectionate at bedtime, she often sleeps on her foster mom’s pillow, purring, then cuddling, and even snoring slightly. She enjoys playing with toys, particularly a wand with a feather on the end and "insists" on having a clean litter box at all times. She currently lives with a quiet dog (she may do well with another quiet one), but she should be the only cat in a calm and understanding home where her gentle and loving sweetness can flourish fur-ever.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives!

• $250 for purebred/highly requested kittens (6 months & under)
• $150 for purebred/highly requested cats (older than 6 months)
• $150 for kittens (6 months & under)   
• $75 for cats (older than 6 months)   
• $35 for senior cats (8 years or older)
