Meet Chickadee! Chickadee is a 8 year old, 10 lb papillon mix.  Chickadee is a very mellow lap dog who is not very active.  She is very well behaved and very easy going and would make a great companion pet.  She walks well on the leash for short walks and rides well in the car.  She enjoys sunbathing in the sun & her short walks. Chickadee is also house trained. She will sleep in her dog bed, but would rather be up on the couch or in your bed with you if you will give her lift.  She gets very excited when she knows you are about to pick her up for a cuddle session.  She has a luxating patella in her right rear leg.  Due to her age and size, we are managing with Glucosamine supplements and put her on a diet to try to lose a few lbs.  Chickadee is spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccines and just had a dental cleaning.  Her adoption fee is $250 which helps the rescue cover medical expenses and supplies.  Please fill out an application to day to meet Chickadee!
