From the Foster Family: 
Bugsy aka "Love Bug" is one special boy. He spent his first 2 years of life having little to no human contact but has now grown to trust and love humans. He shows his affection by giving never ending cuddles in your lap and tiny little kisses. Given Bugsy's history, it does take him a little time to warm up to people but once he knows he can trust you he will follow you around the house and always be around to warm your lap. The prefect home for Bugsy would be a stable home environment where he wouldn't have to worry about moving to a new place ever again. A quiet and more calm home environment would be ideal because loud noises and too much excitement can sometimes scare Bugsy. He needs a family that is patient and willing to continue working with him in building his confidence.

About me:
I am bundle of love and fun and am looking for a family that likes to take walks and play. I love my furry  foster brother and sister and “chase” is my favorite game. If you have a dog at your house, I would be so happy to have my very own brother or sister. My foster Mom is so impressed at what a good listener I am. I come right away when she calls me, wagging my tail the whole way. I like to follow her around just in case she drops food and needs me to help her clean it up. I love to help her! I also love to sit in her lap and kiss her because I am a lover, not a fighter. She says that I have a wonderful temperament for a Chihuahua, whatever that means. I hope to meet you soon!
