LILY is a beautiful young cat rescued from an outdoor colony. She has lovely white fur and pretty stripes on her body and tail. "Miss Lilykins" loves to be brushed and enjoys bumping your leg for attention. Lily can be shy, especially around loud noises. She prefers spending time close by you while you are working or watching tv. For the Cats Sake took Lily in when she was heavily pregnant, and despite all efforts, she lost her entire litter. She is rather attached to her kittens from her previous litter and would strongly prefer a home together. 

We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.
