CASHMERE is a really beautiful kitty on the inside as well as one the outside. He's loving, curious and playful, with a PURsonality that wants to be friends with everybody, both 2 legged and 4!  We think his ideal life would include a companion cat or cats, some time to roam outside occasionally, and lots of hugs and kisses from his humans. Cashmere is nice to all other cats so would make a good playmate or companion for another young cat, who is also sweet, or of course he'd love taking one of his foster friends home too! We love this little guy, who came to us from a colony and most likely had no human contact, but we could tell he so wanted to be friends, so in a few months he learned to trust and love us too :) We are still trying to trap his sibling.

We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.
