CASHMERE is as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside. A loving, curious and kind cat, he has a little fan club of kittens who think he is the COOLEST, and he even tolerates one little female trying to nurse on his ear!  Cashmere likes to sit outside in the catio, and loves to cuddle. He is nice to all other cats and would make a good playmate or companion for another cat. We love this guy, who came to us from a colony and most likely had no human contact, but we could tell he so wanted to be friends, so in a few months he learned to trust and love us too :) We are still trying to trap his sibling.

    ONLINE ADOPTION FORM:       https://form.jotform.com/81848821130152

Cashmere is a beautiful solid white cat with big blue eyes.  Cashmere came to us as a scared stray and possible feral, but he wanted to trust us so he came around very quickly, turning into an absolute love. We want to find him an adopter that see's him for the beautiful cat he is not just on the outside, but on the inside too. He gets on well with other cats and loves to be picked up and cuddled, although he may need to get to know you a little first, he's friendly to strangers though. Cashmere is curious and playful, so he would like an interesting and moderately active to active home, and would like a  playmate.

We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.
