From the Foster Family: This cuddle bug has really bloomed since we first got her as a foster! Thanks to trips to the dog park and lots of love, she has overcome her fear of strangers and greets everyone with a tail wag. At home she is very laid back. She is the perfect mix between affectionate but not overbearing. If invited up, she’ll curl up right next to you on the couch or bed and beg for ear and belly scratches. She knows basic commands (sit, lay, stay) and doesn’t pull on her leash during walks. She stand by the door when she has to go potty. She is very treat and praise motivated, but hasn’t shown an interest in toys other than occasionally carrying one around in her mouth. She is currently living with one other dog and a kitten. It took her some time to warm up to the idea of sharing a house with our other dog, but after a few weeks, they are best buds. She gets along well with other dogs outside of the home as well. When we bring her to the dog park she is very friendly! She can get a little too excited sometimes and we have to remind her not to play too rough with smaller dogs, but she has shown no signs of aggression towards them! We also have lots of kids in the neighborhood who she is very gentle and affectionate with, even when they bend down to give her a hug! She is a very calm girl would do great in any home type as long as she is getting out for at least two 15 minute walks a day and gets plenty of ear scratches and belly rubs. She would do great as a big family dog. If you are looking for a well-behaved, laid back cuddler who will greet you with tail wags and affection, and don’t mind that she won’t chase after toys and tennis balls, Chloe is your girl!

Hello there, my name is Chloe. I am a medium sized dog with an extra-large heart. My owners moved and couldn’t keep me so I am looking for a new home and new people to love and cuddle. My foster mom calls me her shadow, I follow her from room to room and beg for ear scratches along the way. My favorite part of the day is when my foster parents go to bed and they let me cuddle up right next to them all night.
