Mercedes, they must find a new home together.
They are really wonderful dogs and I can't keep them because of where
I am living now but it is hard for me to part with them. They are
incredible and loving and gentle, they'd make the absolute worst guard
dogs. The only way they'd ever hurt someone is with their tail-when
they get happy you better back up! And they're happy to meet new
people, to be rubbed, and they're the kind of dogs who welcome you
home with kisses. Bentley is a neutered male grey Staffordshire
Terrier and Mercedes is a spayed female brindle American Pitbull
Terrier. They are both 4 years old. They are patient with small
children climbing on them, but have been known to knock them over
every once in a while. They do not do well with cats and would do best
with a fenced in yard as they don't like being tied up to a line or
walked on a leash. They are both potty trained and can sit, come, and
lay down. Bentley can roll over and give his paw. We'd love to avoid
putting them in a shelter and just transferring them to a new loving
home, but we don't know how much longer we can keep them here.
