Additional Information:  Billy is very sweet, but shy. She enjoys staying lowkey, but will certainly let you know when she would like to cuddle. Billy came into the shelter as a surrender, with four other kitties, some of which are still here. She is timid, however she loves to be rubbed, and will warm up quickly. She loves having scratching posts and comfy blankets/beds to sleep on. She thinks that she would be a great addition to the family before Halloween, don't you?
