Hi everyone my name is Boston. The pictures you see don’t really tell the tale of what happened to me except that you can notice that I don’t have eyes. I’ve had a tough go this year and was attacked twice by dogs which resulted in the loss of both eyes. My wounds are healing slowly and my face will soon be handsome again. I’m still getting used to being blind, I am a little anxious right now, but I am making progress. Even if I can’t see the world around me I still love to play with toys and manage to find them wherever they are in my foster home. I also enjoy being outside and feeling the sun on my face. I am potty trained and crate trained, other then having no vision now I am a healthy 9 year old boy. I am a bigger Boston at 32 lbs. I do OK with other dogs and pretty much just ignore them. However, if there’s a toy available for tug of war and another dog is game to play...I’m into that! My foster mom did find out that I don’t like cats very much and even though I’m blind I can sniff them out and chase them....So no kitties in my new home please. I also have the most beautiful hair. It’s a little longer than most Boston’s and it’s slightly wavy. Foster mom says it’s just gorgeous and suits my beautiful spirit. I’m sure you understand that I will need a special home and a family who can keep me safe. Boston’s adoption fee is $150.
