Meet Joanie! Joanie is a three yr old 17 pound Chihuahua Shiba Inu Mix.  She just loves to play with people and with other dogs! She's always bouncing around and asking her foster family to play with her. She is a very happy dog and does a cute little dance when she's excited.  She's a quick study and has already picked up a lot of behaviors and tricks from the other dog in her foster home.  She makes a good lap dog and is happy to cuddle with you on the couch and rest her head in your lap. She's always happy to see you when you come home and is often standing up on her back legs and 'waving' at you. Joanie walks well on leash and is house trained.  Joanie needs to go to a home with another dog(s) and an owner that is dog savvy.   She is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccines.  Her adoption fee is $300.
