Hi new human how are you today? Oh me.... I'm great just hanging out watching people walk by and not saying hi. It's a little sad, but I'm still hoping to stay in good spirits about finding my new home! I’m really quite shy at first and will run outside if you stop by my cage. I’ve just never had any socialization. The ladies down here try, but there just isn’t enough time and there are so many needy dogs…… I just wish someone would see past my shyness and realize this 15 month  young lady by the name of Winter would make the perfect pet. The adoption fee includes age appropriate vaccinations and deworming, Frontline application, spay or neuter surgery, collar, ID tag and a leash.  A $35 (non-refundable) deposit will hold the pet for you for 5 days.  The Shelter is open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 4 pm and the first and third Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.  Call 803-536-3918 for more information or email at: adopt@orangeburgspca.org
