Meet sweet Cooper, an 8 year old, 12 pound Chihuahua mix.  He looks like a mini lemon beagle with  his cute, little brown-red spots.  Cooper is a such a mellow guy.  His favorite things are sitting in laps and taking naps.  He gets along okay with other dogs but does not like dogs who do not give him his personal space.  He would love a quiet home with occasional slow walks & lots of down time.  He is house, crate and pee pad trained and does not make a peep.  He enjoys human attention & is ready for his forever family.  Cooper's adoption fee is $250.
