Hello, my name is Theodore, Theo, for short. I’m an active cat that needs an active adult who will keep up with my training.

Training = treats. I’m a fan of both. I’m working on some issues so at this time a household with no other animals or children is best.

Overstimulation - over petting or too much commotion around me causes the inner lion to come out, and I bite hard. Don’t let that scare you. I’m getting better all the time and continue to do so. I’ve seen a cat shrink, worked with a homeopathic vet, and have made a lot of progress.

I like puzzles, playing cat on the mat, the clicker, and playing hard to the point I’m exhausted. I’ll bring my toys and show you. I’m sure the harness will work out for me eventually, and we’ll go for walks, but it still feels a little awkward.

Lap time is fabulous, and I like people. I love the quiet time where we can hang out together. But no hugging yet, okay?

I need patience and understanding that a cat needs to be a cat.

My foster moms say I’m a fascinating feline, quick to pick up new ideas and would keep me forever, but they know a single cat home is where I would thrive and own the world.

    And I’m handsome.:)

If you are interested in meeting or adopting this animal, please read the following before submitting an adoption application on our website. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, Feline Leukemia & FIV testing & de-worming.  We ask that our cats remain indoor cats unless otherwise stated & agreed upon & do not allow declawing. (visit www.pawproject.org for more information)

We are a smaller group that typically takes on harder cases that require special homes so we ask that applicants live in our area - if you do not live in the MN or surrounding states, please contact us via email before submitting an application to determine whether the animal you are interested in is a case we are comfortable adopting out to a family out of our area.
