Rambo was living on the streets where he was a local celebrity as he had so many loving neighbors looking after him and trying to help him.  He followed folks and dogs on their walks and sometimes played with the owned dogs so you could tell he wanted to trust but just wasn't sure (a common reaction when dogs are living on the streets).  Eventually we were able to rescue this elusive guy and he's adjusting well to life off the streets! 

He now prefers air-conditioning and is quick to come back inside!  He gets along well with other dogs!  The neighbors bought a DNA test and his results came back as a mixed breed with the majority being East Asian Village Dog and then he was also listed as having some Chow and the rest is a mystery :)  Rambo is one of those dogs who likes the people he knows well but he's not a social butterfly who will run up to new folks and give kisses and solicit belly rubs.  Hopefully there's someone out there who understands that and wants to take in a sweet guy like him! 

Rambo is best suited for a home environment with a secure fence.

Rambo's adoption fee is $225 and that covers his vaccinations, neuter and microchip.  He tested negative for heartworm and is on monthly prevention.
