This is Bob-Tail, she is a very special kitty and is ready for her fur-ever home. Bob-Tail had a very rough start to her life. Found as a stray in Campbell County, when she was in the animal pound for a period of time before we rescued her, she found it unbearable. In response to the stress of it, she started severely attacking her own tail. We rescued her, she immediately had to have an operation to remove her tail, and at the same time she was spayed. Now she doesn't know it is gone, she swishes her little nub just the same to let you know how she is feeling. I've fostered her, and It took about a month of love and security to get her to come out of her distress and remember that she is a kitty who can run and purr and play and just be a content kitty secure in the knowledge that she will never again have to endure those hardships. Bob-Tail will do best in a home with no small children, or dogs, but she gets along fabulously with other kitties. Let me know if you would like to adopt Bob-Tail.
