Cinnamon is a beautiful young dilute calico looking cat who is being fostered in Louisville, just outside of Boulder. She's just over a year old and is still very playful. She's super friendly and loves to give head butts and be petted, but does not like being picked up much. She will sleep with you (if you want her to), but is not much of a cuddler otherwise. She's also a talker and especially has a lot to say when she sees you after a few hours absence. She's not fond of dogs and would likely do best as an only cat. She'd do better with kids over 10 than with the real little ones who can be unpredictably loud and grabby.

While all our cats need to stay indoors, it is especially important for Cinnamon who is FIV positive so we don't want her exposed to all those bad germs and aggressive outside animals. FIV kitties can live as long as your other indoor kitties and will only transfer the virus to another cat through a deep bite wound - another reason to stay inside and be safe. Other than that she has a clean bill of health and is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

Petfinder Foundation has given ARR a grant and Cinnamon's Adoption fee is $FREE!

This cat's stunning good looks should get her a forever home quickly. Will it be you?

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives!

If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!

Please email ARRColorado@gmail.com for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.
