Hi there, my name is Buffy, and I’m about 2 years old, and I am a little girl at only 16 lbs.  I love to follow my foster mom around everywhere she goes, and enjoy being the center of attention!  I like other dogs, although sometimes lots of barking can make me a little scared.  Although I don’t remember why, I am a little shy around adult men and will growl at them – but I am learning to trust my foster dad; he is really kind and patient with me.  Right now there are quite a few things that scare me or make me nervous but I am learning to calm down, and with the right amount of patience and love, I am learning to trust that my humans have my best interest in mind!  I am almost potty trained, I am working on it real hard to be 100%.  I'm still scared of crates.  I play with toys, but if you have a pile of freshly washed towels, I am in doggie heaven, and I will sometimes bark at my own reflection!  I am really goofy and a little bit clumsy, which makes for some great laughs at my foster home!  I will do well in a home with lots of patience and kindness, and someone who will help me feel better when I am scared, and where I can be the only dog.  My adoption fee is $400.
