My name is Scrunch. I’m super cute...of course. And I’m a lot cuter now that I’m off the streets. I was dumped when I was super young, and ended up having some babies in the alley where I had to make a new home. It was scary there, but I was taken care of by big Papa ( a big tuxedo cat,) and the ladies who would come every day to feed all us alley kitties.  The thing is, now that I get to be indoors again, I get to stay clean, and play, and nap, and not be scared anymore! They named me Scrunch because of the way I scrunch right up to you like an accordion when you pet and love me. Personally, I think I look like an owl, but my foster mom couldn’t be convinced to change my name. My foster mom likes to sleep in, so I figured out that one of my favorite things to do is sit on her chest bright and early in the morning, and put my paw on her face...EVERY SINGLE MORNING UNTIL SHE GETS UP AND GIVES ME LOVE (and feeds me of course.) It takes me a little while to get used to new surroundings,  I’m not super enthusiastic about other cats, definitely not happy about that dog species, and sometimes when I’m scared I’ll let out a hiss or two, but I don’t bite or scratch. I love to play, so I need lots of toys that are only mine, mine, mine. You should come by The Cat Cove to meet me and hang out to play and give me love.  I’m totally up for that!
