Harry was saved as  BABY from the streets in Long Beach and certainly would have had no chance to escape the tires. He has been loving and playful, loves his sister Hermione whom he was reunited with when she too was found crossing the street about 2 weeks later. Harry was neutered and vaccinated, dewormed and deflated and has a microchip. Hermione was spayed etc. has a microchip. Please consider keeping both kittens together and adopt both.
