Bama (approx 1 yr old Fox Hound) is a very sweet dog but he is also your typical hound. If he catches a scent, he is on a mission and it takes some convincing to get him refocused. He does well with most dogs but can hyper focus on a specific dog which can lead to some disagreements. Bama prefers the company of a female dog or a low energy male. He has been in play groups with up to 10 other dogs without issue. He's been great with both large and small dogs. This guy does love to run and play chase and "bitey face smack down" with the other dogs so a home with another dog would be ideal.

Bama will require a fully fenced yard, a home with no cats or kids (due to lack of manners, not aggression), and an experienced hound handler. Bama does appear to be house broken and is currently working on his impulse control and leash manners with a local trainer.
