Shea was rescued from a high intake shelter and two days later, she was taken to the vet to be spayed and the vet found that she was pregnant (late term). Shea delivered one healthy puppy on February 13, and is presently in foster still tending to her puppy. Shea is a little bit shy at first, but is very affectionate and friendly. She is a happy, bouncy and greets us each morning with butt wiggles and tail wags and a happy doggy song.

Shea will be available for adoption towards the middle to end of April (after her puppy has been weaned and Shea has been spayed). Shea is still a puppy herself - the vets estimate her to be 10 months old - and she calm, quiet and completely housebroken. She is learning basic obedience commands and walks nicely on a leash.
