Meet Winston! Winston is a three year old Chihuahua mix. He is a sweet boy and has quite the typical chihuahua personality! He thinks he is bigger than he actually is :)

Winston is a lover and cuddle though when you first meet him, you may not think so. He has a bit of a 'stranger danger' issue and will initially bark at people who approach him. He gets over that pretty quickly if you give him some time to check you out and 'approve' you. 

Winston likes other dogs but he seems to do better with females his own size. He does not love to be challenged by male dogs and can get a little defensive. 

Winston likes walks outside and prances like a champ. He loves sniffing around in the garden. He is a bit of a barker so not suitable for an apartment. His barking will need a bit of work :)

PUPDATE! From Winston's foster home:  Hello my name is Winston and I love to sit on your lap and give you kisses. I love playing with toys and playing tug with my foster siblings. I am a good eater and have lots of energy and love long walks. I am a canine alarm system and will protect my people from evil coming into my home via the T.V. You will never be alone with me in your life and I will keep you safe from intruders. Little, but mighty.

Winston is a great little guy with a lot of love to give. Please give him a chance!

He is vaccinated, neutered and will be chipped prior to adoption. His adoption fee is $295.
