Actively spreading her wings is awesome Angel, the onetime stray and former doggy mama. At a well-muscled 35 pounds, this brindle beauty loves running around the backyard with her furry foster sister and chewing on chew toys, rope toys and Kongs. Sweet and slightly reserved, she loves adults and children, chilling on the couch, and has her own version of the ranger crawl -- slinking along the floor, sofa or bed towards her grinning fosters. Eager to please, she learned "sit", "shake" and "lie down" without treats despite being highly food motivated. While she hasn’t been around cats, given her even temperament, with the right adopter and the proper introductions, a kitty could very well be in her future. Already crate and housetrained, she needs more work on her leash manners in a patient home that will complete her education and keep her well loved fur-ever.
Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care, enabling us to save more lives!
Adoption fee is $250 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter.
