Eager to lap up your love once she trusts you, this merry miss puts all of her 45 pounds into it. The soul of sweetness and affection, Mickey is her foster mom’s faithful shadow, following her about the house then settling beside her whenever she sits down. She even keeps one of her foster mom’s slippers in her crate, carrying it around when her foster mom’s out, and greeting her excitedly upon her return. Mixing calmness with playfulness, she loves bones and toys, belly rubs and treats, lying outside in the sun, going for walks and engaging in brisk games of fetch. She listens extremely well, knows "come", "sit", "stay", "in", "go", "find" and "touch", and is leash, crate and house trained. Mickey needs a patient and strong leader in a pet and child-free home committed to continue her training and keep her well loved and exercised fur-ever.
Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care, enabling us to save more lives!
Adoption fee is $250 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter.
