This is Snufflepagedus, Snuffy for short!  Snuffy was born in 2017.  He found his foster mom during the rainy season when he decided he didn't want to be outside anymore and knew just the person that would take him in and make sure he was safe  

He is very vocal, and his favorite thing to do is attack the scratching post.  After a good session with the post, he looks for his person for snuggle time.  Snuffy is good with other cats.
When he plays he acts like a kitten.
