Meet Emmy! She’s is a playful, fun, affectionate, loves all humans, and housetrained mixed breed puppy with gorgeous eyes and cutest ears. She would be great in a home with kids or other dogs and would also very well as an only dog. As long as she has toys to play with, she is fine playing by herself but still needs to be loved/petted by you every so often. She loves being the center of attention when there are new people around. She’s extremely friendly and always want to say hi to every human and dogs she meets. She has yet to meet anyone she doesn’t like. Emmy enjoys going on walks around the neighborhood or running around at the dog park. She will ring the bell when she needs to go outside or when you don’t pay enough attention to her for a long period of time. She loves to take a nap on your lap or lay right next to you. Emmy is VERY treat motivated and knows basic commands like sit, stay, shake, and come here. As of Sept. 13th, she weighed 56 lbs. She knows how to sleep in her play pen/crate at night and/or happy to sleep in bed next to you. The only time she barks is if her foster sibling steals her chew toy or if you are mopping/vacuuming. Other than that, she never barks!

Background: We found this cute little pup all alone on the streets when she was only 4 months old!  Her skin was in rough shape and she was missing fur due to demodex (non-contagious) mange.  Her fur has growing back and Emmy is now a thriving, happy, healthy puppy!

Emmy's adoption fee is $250 and that covers three rounds of puppy vaccinations, microchip, spay and she's been started on monthly heartworm/flea/tick prevention.
