Otis is a very handsome twenty week old deaf Blue Lacy/Catahoula Leopard Hound mix puppy who was an owner surrender from Arizona.

He's just about the smartest puppy we've ever had our hands on here. This breed mix is not for the faint of heart, and he's going to require quite a bit of exercise and mental stimulation. Both breeds are known to be high-powered hunting dogs, and are known for their brain power.

He's also drop-dead gorgeous, and he's going to be a BIG boy. He's dog friendly, and gets along just fine with our pack of all sizes in the house. He is well dog socialized, and will need some commitment to keep him that way.

Otis attended beginner's obedience class, and learned sit, down, stay, come, and go to your place. He also learned ridiculously fast!

If you're ready for a really fun puppy who will be your best buddy, make you laugh, and be an absolute head-turner, this is your guy. He's a really happy little fellow who would do best in a home without cats, as he's liable to have prey drive issues. He has lived with small children. If you're super mom or dad and have time to raise a pup and small children who are respectful with dogs, we'll consider placing him with children. He will need to be part of the family, no outdoor-only homes will be considered.
