Bella is one of four Shih Tzus rescued from a breeder. Bella is a very special girl that came from a pretty crummy way of life. You see, Bella has been a breeder dog, used purely to make money for her breeder. Meanwhile, Bella and her other breeder friends (The Sisterwives) were neglected physically for a very long time. Bella was overweight but is doing great and losing weight on a diet. Bella has endured ongoing ear infections, lots and lots of rotten teeth, untreated eye problems, and mammary masses most of her life. All while her breeder collected $800 per puppy, Bella and the Sisterwives suffered. 

Bella is a very sweet girl but takes a while to build trust as she is painfully shy. Bella requires at least one other fur sibling to help her feel more comfortable and while she is timid with people, she loves to play with other dogs. Bella will take a kind, patient, compassionate, understanding, family with time to help her trust people. Bella is crate trained, dog door trained, and once lifted onto the bed will cuddle and gently lick your hand. Each Shih Tzu and one Yorkie that we rescued will cost us $900+ PER DOG to treat. We have a very limited time to repay our debt to our vet. Even if Bella isn't the girl for you, please spare $1 or two to help us continue to help them.
