Observations with Children and Other Animals: I need to be the only dog in a home with no children. 

Additional Information: Since you are reading this, you're obviously looking for a new best friend - and, hey, so am I! I don't care how old you are or what you look like, but in case that matters to you, I am approximately 6 years old and have a mostly black coat, with dark auburn patches on my shoulders! My perfect match would be someone who leads a calmer lifestyle and can appreciate a afternoon nap! I'd also love to have a fenced in yard to run around in! When I'm not napping I do enjoy taking long walks with my people, especially if its in a new spot with all new smells! I'm also a big fan of car rides and will ride perfectly next to you. Even though I'm 6 years old I still have some pep in my step, and will have playful bursts of energy every so often.  So what do you say? Wanna be besties?
