Meet Andy! Andy came into foster care after experiencing a trauma that caused superficial injuries to his face. As you can see he is as handsome as ever! Andy is the perfect mix of a cuddler and playful kitten. He is currently in a home with foster sisters, dog, and kids big and small. He loves them all!
