Bogart is a young and sweet lab mix.  He was found dumped in a parking lot with little hair and full of worms.  He has grown up and thrived in his foster home! He is a special needs dog as he is deaf.  That doesn't stop him from being eager to learn.  He will be best in a home with a submissive dog to "show him the ropes!" Bogart does know some commands such as sit and come.  He is a very smart dog and is willing to please and learn new things.
