Cleo is a wonderful, petite, and calm-natured lady! She has a fun-loving personality, will greet you when you walk through the door, and keep you entertained with her antics and adorable meow. She enjoys your company more than anything and will seek you out just to say 'hello!'. She sleeps next to her foster mom every night and is happy to curl up beside you or in your lap while you work on the couch or watch TV. She enjoys sunning and cat naps (who doesn't?) and has excellent litter box and household manners. She LOVES vertical scratching posts and Temptations treats. Her foster home didn't have kids, other cats, or dogs, but Cleo is very curious and brave, so I believe a home with another pet (or child) might be a good fit to keep her company! Cleo is a perfect little lady and would make a great addition to your home! She's a small cat (weighing only 5-6lbs), but is fully grown; so, if you're looking for a smaller cat with kitten-like features (but the well-behaved personality and temperament of a young adult cat), or have a smaller home space, Cleo might just be your gal! Please feel free to reach out to her foster mom if you'd like to meet her or learn more about Cleo.

Cleo was born in 2019.  Children 9 and over would probably be compatible with Cleo.

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives!

    • $250 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These "guardian kittens" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
    • $150 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These "guardian cats" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
    • $150 for kittens (6 months & under)
    • $75 for cats (older than 6 months)
    • $35 for senior cats (8 years or older)

If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!

Please email ARRColorado@gmail.com for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.
