Izzy seriously loves her friends at HSWC, but she would love nothing more than a home to call her own to bring in the new year. She is a total love bug who is always ready for a cuddle and strongly believes that every dog can be a lap dog if they try hard enough. Izzy spent 78 days at the shelter over the summer before finding what everyone hoped would be her forever home. It ended up not being the best fit for Izzy, but staff welcomed her back with open arms and a lot more information on what type of home Izzy would do best in. Izzy has been back at the shelter for 41 days, making a whopping 119 days total spent at the shelter over the last year.
- She lived and did well with a cat in her previous home and would likely do well living with another cat with a proper acclimation period.
- Izzy is looking for a low traffic home with people who will be gentle and patient with her.
- She would prefer kiddos ages 12 and up.
- Izzy is looking for a home with no other dogs.
