MERLIN is a big, beautiful lover boy, who lost his home and owner, due to a tragic fire that burnt down their house MERLIN and MAGIC, his slimmer buddy, would be fine going to separate homes, or being adopted as a pair. Both very friendly to people and love to give kisses and head butts. You can get your daily work out picking up MERLIN, who is like a floppy, furry sack of potatoes. He loves to be hugged and have his belly rubbed, which makes him stretch out his legs and his cute white toe.

We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.
