Looking Glass Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) virtual rescue, using a network of dedicated fosters throughout Louisiana and the Northeast to care for our animals until adoption.  You may be required to travel if approved for adoption.

Puppies galore!!  Meet Duke, a dashing young puppy looking for his forever family and home, perhaps with you?  Duke is a young pittie mix, playful, outgoing, charming and affectionate.  Duke was found with his brother Bo, left to their own devices, and taken in by one of our fabulous fosters.  Duke is busy catching up on his veterinary care and learning what it feels like to be part of a loving family and environment.  Duke lives with other dogs but hasn't had the opportunity to meet cats yet.  With proper training he will do great with both cats and children.  As with all young puppies, Duke will need the training necessary to become the best adult dog he can be as well as time to decompress and become acquainted with his new family.  We believe Duke will do well in just about any family environment.  A home and family with time for play, time for long walks, time for snuggles would be his happy place!  

Applications for Duke can be submitted through https://lgarinc.org/adoption-application/.  Please note that you must be 25 years of age to adopt, and we reserve the right to refuse adoption to anyone.  All applications are subject to review and approval and a tax-deductible adoption donation is required to be paid prior to adoption day.
