Elm is fun loving, playful, beautiful young kitty. He is truly a loving, sweet little guy. He is an absolute beauty with sleek, jet black fur and stunning green eyes with the cutest little patch of white on his upper belly. We think he is partially Siamese due to his shape and the way he vocalizes.

He loves to greet you at the door with his raspy meow and will weave between your legs looking for pets. He is a chatty kitty and will tell you about his day and carry on a conversation before settling down for a snooze. He loves to purr which is fitting since he is purr-fect! He purrs just seeing his human walk through the door-he has that much love to share. He is just the happiest kitty who purrs constantly and shakes his tail with excitement-it is truly adorable! He loves to play, especially with chasing a wand toy. He bounds and leaps and runs with his kitten like energy. He also is phenomenal with children and unphased by them, even allowing them to pet him.

While Elm loves to receive pets, interact with you and play, he is also very self sufficient and content. Once he has greeted you and gotten some attention, he will happily go lay on his cat tree and take a nap or snooze in a warm patch of sunlight. He would be an excellent buddy for someone working from home since he adores just being in the presence of his people.

Elm loves treats and knows the sound of the treat bag opening. He will gently take it right from your hand and happily crunch away. He will even stand on his hind legs for a treat-smart boy! He also loves to play and snuggle with his brother, Oak.

\Whoever adopts these boys is in for a treat of a lifetime as they have so much love, affection and silly antics to share-they will fill their new home with love and laughter, that’s for sure!  Elm can't wait to meet his forever family and shower them with meows, purrs, head butts and all the love!
