Hi, I'm Fern. I like people and walks. My foster mom says I'm very friendly and greet people I don't know very well and I get along with people and other greyhounds, and the black lab down the street. She says I'm sociable but sometimes I like to hang back and survey the situation. I haven't had the chance to meet kids or small dogs yet but foster mom says I have a very gentle disposition. 
I'm not a big fan of the kennel but my foster mom works on kenneling me off an on during the day but I sleep on the floor in the bedroom at night. I have two foster hound siblings and have two more in the house for a week. My foster mom says I adapted to the two new ones right away.  One of them took my bed and I just walked away looking for another one. I get along with them but foster mom feels I would do fine as an only dog.
