Frank is sweet and very friendly and is in search of a foster or permanent home. Frank is just two years old and weighs about 45 pounds. Frank has finished heartworm treatment and is ready for a new home.

**BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA**
