Snoots was found as a stray. He had scars all over his face and a terrible injury / defect to his private area. His p*nis was protruding from a gaping hole. The sheath was pulled away and his p*nis would not retract. The hole was opened to potential serious infections and sepsis.  He was completely overlooked in the shelter until his rescue, rushed in and saved him on the day he was to be euthanized.  Within days Snoot’s was rushed into surgery. His injury / malformation was corrected. He is currently recovering nicely and was a favorite in his veterinary surgical center.
