Eclipse is the perfect mix of playful energy and total snugglebug. At just a year old, she’s got that fun-loving puppy spirit—but don’t worry, she’s already crate- and leash-trained, house-trained (over 95%!), and knows how to settle down for cuddles after a bit of play.
She adores going for walks, playing with other dogs (big or small!), and chomping on her beloved Benebones or chasing any ball you toss her way. When she’s not romping around, you’ll probably find her trying to curl up on your lap or resting her head sweetly on you—because in her mind, she is a lap dog.
Eclipse has a heart of gold and gets along wonderfully with both men and women. She hasn’t met kids or cats yet, but given her friendly nature, she may do well with a proper introduction. She’s also doing great when left alone for a few hours, especially if she’s crated.
This sweet girl loves love—whether that’s in the form of food, toys, or attention. She’ll give you her paw to ask for affection and thrives with structure and gentle guidance. She's still working on a few manners like not jumping up or playing too rough, and she can be a little possessive with food around other dogs, so feeding separately is a good idea for now.
Eclipse would thrive in a home where:
She gets daily exercise and mental stimulation
She’s not left alone for long periods every day
She’s included in adventures—walks, hikes, or dog park runs
She gets lots of affection (she’ll be the little spoon, promise!)
She’s ready to bond with a person or family who will give her love, training, and a life full of fun. If you’re looking for a dog who’ll bring joy, cuddles, and loyalty into your world, Eclipse is your girl.
